Twilight Headcanons
This is a list of my headcanons for Twilight characters! For this fandom, because of the bigotry of Stephanie Meyer infecting a lot of the original lore (eg; vampires turning pale white when turning, making Jasper a confederate with no condemnation or reason, werewolves/wolf-shifting being exclusive to a real life indigenous tribe who's real life myths and folktales were changed and bastardised, the whole imprinting on children/fetuses thing, etc), a lot of my headcanons change some level of confirmed canon, such as headcanoning canonically white characters as POC, or making Jasper a Unionist. Despite this, my headcanons don't take place in my typical Everyone Lives or Most Live/Some Die AU, instead it just takes place in post-(movie)canon with some canon divergence in terms of the endgame relationship for Bella (and therefore the parentage of Renesmee).
I've never read the books myself, but I've watched all the movies and am at least aware of most of the books' canon.

Her scent after being turned is similar to lavender and bluebells, the same scent her blood gave off while she was still human.

Misc Headcanons: Jasper is her father, who she calls dad or papa, Bella is (still) her mother, who she calls mom or mama, and though she doesn't consider Alice another mother (which is preferred by them), she calls them haha [母], mimi or, occasionally, auntie.
Due to her status as a hybrid, instead of sunlight refracting off of her skin like twinkles of crushed gemstones, it simply gives her a subtle glow like light shone through the back of smooth amber (the amber colouring to her glow being inherited from Jasper).
She inherited much of her father's facial structure, she got the curly hair texture of both her father and grandfather (on Bella's side), she inherited her mother's tan skintone and deep brown eyes, and has lighter, strawberry brown hair as a result of Jasper's strawberry blond and Bella's brunette.
Renesmee has a special interest in reading and literature, and goes through cycles of hyperfixations on specific topics such as world history, foreign languages, entomology, etymology and geography.
Though she rarely speaks, finding it unneccessary most of the time, she loves learning languages from her family and friends, learning Japanese from Alice, Spanish from Bella and Jasper, Quileute from Leah, Seth, Sue and Billy, Russian from the Denali sisters, and both the language of their original tribe and the new language of the Amazon coven.

Even after her century of "life", she never even thought that she may not be a man, thinking her aversion to sexual thoughts and her own body was just a blessing from god and the uncomfortability to her deadname a curse, but after spending some time lingering around Angela and being forced to hear her thoughts,
she heard about Angela's insecurities and how they mirrored her own, and, most importantly, how Angela deals with them. When they finally started actually talking, Angela helped Edythe further crack her egg.

Rosalie considers itself a loveless aromantic, even though it adores the aesthetics, idea and validation of romance and being loved.
She loves The Sims 2 and has a long lasting legacy save with many generations, as well as a smaller legacy save with her simself and a sim version of emmett.
Though she eventually discovered that she doesn't experience romantic attraction, and only feels sexual attraction towards women, Rosalie still considers her relationship with Emmett "romantic" since she belives their relationship is the closest she can get to the romance-filled marriage she always dreamed of, and considers her (non-romantic) love for him just as deep and beautiful as all the stories of romantic love she's been told and heard about.

Over time, Alice has taught Jasper how to help xer both straighten xer hair and style finger waves after seeing xer struggle doing the back of xer head alone.
