FNAF Headcanons
This is a list of my headcanons for FNAF characters! Now, specifically, all animatronic headcanons are specifically for a personal FNAF AU where all the animatronics are just real anthropomorphic animals or monsters that simply work at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, an AU that takes very little to do with... whatever canon is, aside from some few and far between connections (like the Golden Freddy being a DID system with Cassidy, Crying child and Fredbear/Henry (merging Henry Emily with the animatronic he made in canon) as a reference to Cassidy and CC possessing golden freddy in the 'lore', or most of the Marionette's traits, as well as their name, being taken from what little is known about Charlie). Its really confusing, so stay with me!

"Golden Freddy" [Fredbear / Henry Emily / Cassidy / David "Crying Child" Afton]
Species: Hybrid of Ursus spiritus (commonly known as a Spring Bear) and Ursus nox (commonly known as a Nightmare Bear).
Species Desc.: A large golden-yellow anthropomorphic bear with slightly messy yet still fluffy fur covering their body, has entirely black organs as well as black eyes with pin-point white pupils.
Age: 66 years old [Fredbear: 40 / Cassidy: 10 / David: 8]
Height: 6'[Cassidy: 4'5 / David: 4'2]
Body Type: Chubby with very little muscle. [Henry: Quite stocky, with broader shoulders and more muscle mass / Cassidy: Average with some slight chubbiness in the face / David: Skinner than average]

Misc Headcanons: It is a system of four alters: Fredbear, Henry Emily, Cassidy, and David "Crying Child" Afton.
When speaking collectively, they're called either Golden Freddy, or The Golden System.
Both Cassidy and David are ghost human children in headspace, neither of them age or grow up, and they are both trauma holders. Cassidy is also a persecutor and holds a lot of the anger of the system, dealing with the trauma she holds with rage and lashing out, whereas David holds a lot of the sadness and depression of the system.
Fredbear looks the most similarly to the body, though in headspace he is a couple decades younger and his fur is fluffier and a brighter golden-yellow than the body's. He serves as the system's protector, guardian and caretaker, taking care of the littles as well as the body, making sure all the medication they need is taken and selfcare is done.
Henry essentially looks like a human version of the body in headspace. He, too, serves as a caretaker for the system, as well as acting as an organiser of sorts.
Canon Influences: Here, the possessed Golden Freddy, Cassidy and Crying Child, Fredbear and Henry Emily are all merged essentially into one Fredbear/Golden Freddy body. The body is a mix of how Fredbear is presented when he was still an active/functioning animatronic and Golden Freddy as he's shown in the games, both featuring Golden Freddy's shaky movements, immobility and eyes, while also still having the clean fur of Fredbear. Since all these characters are so completely connected to essentially two different forms of the same animatronic, I feel like its reasonable to put them all in the same body based on that animatronic! David is an alter that has a very similar backstory to the canon Crying Child, with false memories of canon events, and is an alter that formed as the son of William Afton. Cassidy is the same, with memories and behaviours almost identical to canon Cassidy.
William Afton
Species: Hybrid of Lepus nox (commonly known as a Nightmare Hare) and Lepus spiritus (commonly known as a Spring Hare)
Species Desc.: A large greenish-yellow anthropomorphic hare with short matted fur, subtly darker fur covering his stomach and chest and his inner ears. Scars and open wounds cover his body and face, though the bleeding is incredibly slow, if constant. Organs are almost identical to human organs, that are visible through open wounds, and dark silvery bones.
Age: 68 years old
Height: 6'9
Body Type: Other than stronger arms and legs, average build.

Charlie "Marionette" Emily
Species: Striata figura, commonly known as a Crying Marionne
Species Desc.: A tall humanoid creature with limbs a little too long and a little too big hands, with a light black fuzzy fur, similar to the texture of soft felt, that covers their body from the neck down with white stripes on their forearms and calves. The face looks similar to a mask, with the back of the head being covered in the same black fur, though the face is covered in a shorter and somewhat reflective peach-fuzz, mostly an off white color with two streaks of purple from under their eyes to almost the corners of their top lip and two circular patches of red on either cheek. Has small, black organs, and white pupils.
